Refund & return policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
- Earrings and other jewellery cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock.
How to return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will arrange the pick-up or tell you where to send it.
Refunds
Once the item reaches us and passes a quick quality check, we refund to your original UPI account within 5–7 working days.
